Forest School Key Stage 1 - Our woodland is a place of exercise and relaxation



Today we discussed why it is important to exercise and to sleep. We decided to turn our woodland and fields into places for exercise and relaxation.

We relaxed and focused on our breathing.











We used all our muscles climbing.











We used woodland materials for weight lifting.







We noticed changes in the woodland on the way.







We rolled down hills.






We raced and chased.





We did sit ups and noticed the tree canopy above.







Noticing the changes in our heart rate and breathing.
